I am like a snake because I am determined. When I learnt to ride my bike I kept going until I got the hang of it. I am also like a snake because I am sympathetic. When my sister fell off her bike I looked after her.

Term 1

My favourite thing this term was the community picnic because it had a lot of food and it was a lot of fun. There was lots of space on the front field to run around. I met some of my friends and it was great fun. I hope we can do it again next term.

Huntsman Spider comes to visit

Matua Elmars brought a Huntsman spider into the classroom. It was creepy. Frankie held the spider. She thought it was cute but I thought it was creepy. Elmars told us that it arrived in New Zealand from Australia.
