The Adventures of Murphy

One evening just before dinner Murphy’s owners Helen and Rob moved house. Murphy was very sad that they where moving because he loved their house and the kids in the neighbourhood were so nice but he left. Next day Murphy was very happy because Stella told him there was a park so Murphy got his ball and walked down the street with Stella. They had a lovely time playing with Murphy’s new ball. Then they went home again. One sunny morning Murphy went down to the park with Stella to play catch with the ball but they got interested in butterflies. They went and chased them forgetting all about the ball. Late at night Murphy remembered the ball and went looking for it, but bad luck for him! He went to the beach and got lost. He began to whine “Em em em”. Suddenly Murphy heard a loud “WOOF WOOF!” He turned around and running towards him was Stella! Murphy was so pleased that she had come looking for him. He woofed loudly then Stella led him home. Helen and Rob had some dinner for him and they also had the ball, hurray! At night Murphy went to sleep. He had had an exciting day.
